Pricing and Service Options
Brukenet offers custom design and hosting solutions which can take your company from the initial concept stage, through the layout and design stages, and ultimately into the hosting stage -- all with just one company. We handle every aspect of your online presence with professional and friendly service.
Because of the wide range of services offered by Brukenet, we have developed two pricing schedules. Our standard hourly rates for services vary by the complexity of the task, but we also offer fixed pricing for some common design features such as installing forums, creating new email boxes, or site hosting. For large projects, we commonly will make an initial estimate of the time or cost, which we will honor to within 10% so long as the required services do not exceed the initial request. When giving an estimate for a large project, we normally require a down payment of 50% of the estimate to begin work. We offer a 10% discount from our regular prices to non-profit companies, religious organizations, and repeat clients.
Brukenet accepts all major credit cards via paypal, company checks, money-orders, Epassporte, bank wires, Moneygram, Western Union and cash payments. Credit card payments will be invoiced through PayPal, and all other methods of payment can either be accepted in person (within the West Michigan area) or delivered by Federal Express.
What your money buys
Because we offer a wide range of services, it is important to understand exactly what services you are purchasing. This is particularly important for clients that are unfamilar with the internet, as it is very easy to make false assumptions about what services over-lap and are inclusive. To make our services more clear and to avoid any misunderstanding, we have divided our services into several "service types".
The six service types are: consulting, graphic design, web design, scripting, hosting, and maintenance.
Consulting ServicesOur consulting services include offering advice on such things as registrars, domain name selection, third-party merchant services, as well as help with many other basic questions that most laymen have about the internet. Scripting Services Interactivitiy is one of the key elements of a quality site, and interactivity requires short snippets of code, called scripts. We offer scripts in Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX, as well as other popular scripting languages. With these scripts we can make member logins, customer databases, interactive menus, music, and many other valuable features that will enhance your site and help keep visitors coming back for more. Graphic Design Services We maintain an in-house graphic artist that can make custom logos and graphics. We can edit digital photos and digital or analog video, and if provided with a product we can produce new digital photos and video to suit the needs of your site. Hosting Services Hosting services are a factor of two things -- storage space and how much traffic your site receives (often referred to as "bandwidth"). Our rates are based upon both factors and we offer rates as low as $1 per month for economy hosting. Maintenance The internet is never static, and neither should your site be.
